Service Description
These 30 minute follow-up sessions allow us to monitor your progress, make necessary adjustments to your dietary plan, supplementation and provide ongoing support. If you have test results to review, diet diary to assess, new information or would simply like more time to discuss your case, please ensure you book an "Extended Follow-Up Consultation". By booking the correct service, we can better support your needs and help you achieve your health goals more effectively.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24hrs prior to your scheduled consultation time. By booking a consultation with us, you agree to the below cancellation policy - Appointments cancelled within 24hrs will be charged a $60 cancellation fee. No shows at the time of your appointment, will be charged the full consultation fee. Thank you for respecting our time and small family business.
