About our consultations: At the Learn to Nourish, we offer you the ability to delve deeper into your health and wellbeing than ever before by fully investigating the cause of your disease. Our initial consultation creates a baseline to begin dietary intervention, supplementation (if required), further investigation via testing and/or referral (if required). Within our consultations, we investigate how you’re feeling now and how your past has influenced your wellbeing. With this information, we can form an understanding of how all this ties together, creating the person you are today. Just as your past provides us with an understanding of contributing factors, current pathology and functional tests provide us the information to pinpoint how your biology is out of balance. Ranging from basic blood tests and hormone testing to gut microbiome analysis, we learn just how your body is functioning. Only when we know how your body works can we support your unique biological circumstances.
